Exchange Policy
- Timeframe: You may request an exchange for your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to exchange the item. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return your purchase.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refunds
- No Cash Refunds: At this time, we do not offer cash refunds. If an item is eligible, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement of equal value or issue store credit, depending on availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the issue, if applicable. We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for exchange.
- Perishable goods or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
